If the order has not yet been sent, we will change the delivery address as soon as notified. If, however, the order has already been sent, the reception time will be longer since we will have to wait for the package to return to us before forwarding it to the correct address.

We know how eager you are to receive your order, which is why our goal is to process your orders within 24 to 48 hours. We then ship your order with the most reliable & fast carriers to get it to you as quickly as possible (24 to 48 hours).

Delivery is at a flat rate of $9.95.

It is offered free for orders of $95 and more before taxes and before promotions.


All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with shipping tracking information.

Remember that our delivery times are in working days (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded). If you have not received your order within 5 working days, contact us and we will be happy to help you!

Don't worry, they are not broken! Since silver is a malleable metal, the stem may have moved a little and become misaligned with the closure. Here's a little video right here to help you replace it.

If that's not the problem, there may be a little dirt in the clasp. Use a toothpick to remove it, and that's it!

We strive to respond as quickly as possible. Our response times are usually 24-48 working hours, but can be longer during busier periods (during promotions or the holiday season for example).

Don't forget to check your spam emails.

Each order is prepared and sent with care. It is possible that damage may occur during transport. If this is the case, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to send you a new item, at our expense. If the item is out of stock, we will exchange it or issue a refund to the original payment method.

If an item is missing from your order, you must contact us at within 7 days of receipt for a replacement.

We love to spoil you! That's why we often offer promotions and promo codes to use when shopping online. Each promotion is for a limited time and may require a code. The explanations of each promotion will always be clear and easy. Please note that no offer is cumulative or transferable. Unfortunately, we cannot apply a discount retroactively. During promotions applied directly on the site, you cannot add an additional code.

Inventory is counted regularly to avoid unpleasant surprises. However, sometimes the latter plays tricks on us. If an item becomes unavailable while your order is being processed, we will contact you to let you know how soon we will receive the missing item.

925 Sterling Silver: This is a precious metal that is highly durable over time, when well maintained.

Stainless Steel: This metal is particularly durable and resistant to tarnishing, scratches and dents, making it a great choice for everyday jewelry. It is also hypoallergenic, making it perfect for sensitive skin.

18 carat gold plated on stainless steel: This alloy of the two metals has no longer proven its reliability. The 18k gold plating lasts exceptionally long and shines like raw gold!

Absolutely not! It can happen that a high concentration of chlorine causes silver jewelry to blacken, but only on the surface. A simple stroke of a polishing file will make them as shiny as the first day!

You should know that silver is a metal that reacts with oxygen and humidity in the air. This chemical reaction leads to the formation of a layer of silver oxide which gives the jewelry a tarnished or blackened appearance. Chemicals found in perfumes, soaps and lotions can speed up the oxidation process.

However, this layer of oxidation is only on the surface and a good stroke of a polishing file will restore all the shine to your jewelry!

To prevent this from happening, keep your jewelry in a closed safe.
