Refunds

Refunds for Goods

Returns

Returns may be made in person at the following location: our Saint-Jérôme store.

Please follow this procedure to return your items by mail:

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Fill out the exchange/refund form included in your order. If you misplaced it, click here to print a new one.

2. Mail your jewelry item(s) for exchange or refund in an envelope along with your exchange/refund form.
*Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

3. An email will be sent once your package is received at our office and once your replacement order has been shipped.
*Good news, we cover the shipping cost for your exchanged item!

Warranty

1. We offer a 3-month warranty.

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

The warranty does not apply to the following products/services:

1. Sale items

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, exposure to chemicals, excessive water exposure, product modifications, or improper care.
