Transport and delivery

When you make a purchase from our site, you agree and acknowledge that you provide a valid email and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. Although we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please follow this procedure to return your items by mail:
HOW IT WORKS?
1. Complete the exchange/refund card included with your order. If you have misplaced it, click here to print a new one.

2. Send by post your jewel(s) to be exchanged or refunded in an envelope with your exchange/refund card.
*Return costs borne by the customer, we are not responsible for return packages lost in the post

3. An email will be sent to you upon receipt of your package at our offices and upon shipment of your new order following your exchange.
*Good news, we cover the shipping costs for your return!
