It just needs to be cut with a small pair of wire cutters (ideally at the welded jump ring, if possible).

You can do it yourself at home, or stop by our Studio and we’ll remove it gently for you if you prefer.

An appointment for permanent jewelry typically lasts between 15 and 30 minutes, depending on how many pieces you choose and if you add charms.

Everything is done on site: choosing your chain, adjusting it to your size, and the quick, easy, painless welding!

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance using the management link you received by email when booking.

After that, late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the deposit paid at the time of booking, as your time slot was reserved just for you.

Your jewelry will stay in place as long as you want! To remove it, cut the chain with scissors and keep it for later use. Just make sure to cut the chain at the welded ring so you can reuse it!
