It just needs to be cut with a small pair of wire cutters (ideally at the welded jump ring, if possible).

Everything is done on site: choosing your chain, adjusting it to your size, and the quick, easy, painless welding!

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance using the management link you received by email when booking.

After that, late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the deposit paid at the time of booking, as your time slot was reserved just for you.
