Why a deposit?
Because we set aside time just for you, prepare your custom jewelry in advance, and want to make sure we’re 100% ready when you arrive. The deposit helps prevent last-minute cancellations.
Please note: the deposit is fully refunded when you come to your appointment.
How to book an appointment?
Simple! Just choose the date and time that work best for you through our online booking system. A small deposit will be required to confirm your spot — and it’ll be fully refunded when you come to your appointment.
Oui, tu peux avoir plusieurs bijoux lors d’un même rendez-vous. Il faut seulement choisir le bon nombre de personnes (et non de bijoux) au moment de réserver. Tu pourras ensuite nous dire combien de bijoux tu veux dans l’espace prévu à cet effet lors de la prise du rendez-vous.

PERMANENT JEWELRY WARRANTY
Our permanent jewelry is covered by a 90-day warranty against breakage.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund of your deposit. After this deadline, the deposit is non-refundable.
