You will need:

• - 1 piece of paper OR string/wool/cord

Steps to follow:

1. Wrap the piece of paper or string around the finger you want to wear the ring on. Make sure it’s snug around your finger!
2. Mark the point where the paper/string meets.
3. Measure the length in mm and find the ideal size according to the chart right here:

Tips:

• - Measure your fingers at the start of the day. It’s when they’re usually the most swollen.
• - If you’re between two sizes, go for the larger one.
